2. Products & Pricing
– All prices are listed in INR (₹).
– We do not currently charge GST.
– Product prices, discounts, and availability are subject to change without notice.
– Offers may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.
3. Orders
– All orders placed on backbuzzindia.com are subject to acceptance and product availability.
– Once payment is successfully completed, a confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
– We reserve the right to cancel any order due to technical issues, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
4. Shipping & Delivery
– Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 5–7 working days.
– Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹129.
– Orders below ₹129 include a flat ₹60 shipping fee.
– Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid.
5. Returns & Replacements
– Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
– Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting images.
– Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
– Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect phone model ordered.
6. Use of Content
– All images, logos, designs, and content on this website are the property of BackBuzz.
– Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited without written consent.
7. Payment
– We accept prepaid payments only via Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other secure options.
– All transactions are SSL-encrypted and secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
– BackBuzz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or its products.
– We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website performance.
9. Governing Law
– These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
– All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.
