At BackBuzzIndia, your satisfaction is our priority. If something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to help.
✅ Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
• You raise a return request within 7 days of delivery
• Product is unused, in original condition, and with proof of issue
⚠️ Returns Not Accepted For:
• Change of mind
• Wrong phone model ordered by customer
• Product used or damaged by customer
🔄 How to Request a Return
1. Take a clear photo/video of the issue
2. Send the images along with your Order ID via:

3. Our team will verify the issue within 24–48 hours and guide you through next steps
📦 Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
• Amount will be returned to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, wallet)
• Refunds apply only to eligible prepaid orders
♻️ Exchange Policy
• Exchange is possible only if the same product is in stock
• If unavailable, you’ll receive:
– A replacement product of similar value, OR
– A store credit coupon for future use
🚚 Return Shipping
• If issue is genuine, BackBuzz will either arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping
• Customer must share valid return tracking details if self-shipping
⏱️ Processing Time
• Verification: 3–5 working days after receiving return
• Replacement / Refund / Store Credit will be issued after approval
