We accept returns only if:

3. We’ll review and approve within 24–48 hours

📦 Refunds:

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 days after approval

• COD orders will be refunded via UPI

• Used or damaged by user

• Exchange is possible only if the same product is in stock.

• If unavailable, we’ll offer you:

– A replacement product, OR

– A store credit coupon valid for your next purchase.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the issue is genuine, we will arrange pickup or reimburse shipping cost.

• No returns/exchanges for wrong orders placed by customer or dislikes after delivery.

⏱️ Processing Time

• After receiving your return, allow 3–5 working days for verification.

• Once approved, your replacement or store credit will be processed.
