- All prices are listed in INR (₹).
- We do not currently charge GST.
- Product prices, discounts, and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Offers may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.
3. Orders
- All orders placed on backbuzzindia.com are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- Once payment is successfully completed, a confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to technical issues, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 5–7 working days.
- Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹129.
- Orders below ₹129 include a flat ₹60 shipping fee.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid.
5. Returns & Replacements
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting images.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect phone model ordered.
6. Use of Content
- All images, logos, designs, and content on this website are the property of BackBuzzIndia.
- Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited without written consent.
7. Payment
- We accept prepaid payments only via Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, and other secure options.
