- Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
- BackBuzz reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to technical errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours and delivered in 4–7 working days.
- For prepaid orders above ₹99, shipping is free. Orders below ₹99 carry a flat ₹60 shipping fee.
- COD orders have an additional ₹30 handling charge.
5. Returns & Replacements
- We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or wrong products delivered.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery with proper images.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- No returns are accepted for change of mind or wrong phone model ordered.
